- ETV6 is an ETS family transcription factor. This protein contains two functional domains: a N-terminal pointed (PNT) domain that is involved in protein-protein interactions with itself and other proteins, and a C-terminal DNA-binding domain. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Sandwich FLISA: The detection limit is ~0.1ng/ml as a capture antibody. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml stains human placenta Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
