- Extra Details:
- Epo R is a transmembrane protein expressed on the surface of megakaryocytes, erythroid progenitors, and endothelial cells. It binds Epo and transmits signals that stimulate the proliferation and maturation of bone marrow erythroid precursors into red cells. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
