- Extra Details:
- Human Elongin A (EloA), otherwise known as transcription elongation factor B polypeptide 3, a general transcription elongation factor, stimulates RNA polymerase II transcription elongation beyond template-encoded arresting sites. Elongin exists as a heterotrimer consisting of an A (A1, A2 or A3), B and C subunit. Subunit A is transcriptionally active, with activity strongly enhanced by binding to the dimeric complex of the elongin regulatory subunits B and C (elongin BC complex), which is mediated by subunit C. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
