Extra Details:: Hearing impairment is a heterogeneous condition with over 40 loci described. DFNA5 is expressed in fetal cochlea, however, its function is not known. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and FLISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Sandwich FLISA: The detection limit is ~3ng/ml as a capture antibody. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
