- MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. CREB is a transcription factor which binds to cyclic AMP response elements (CRE's), and is induced by phosphoyrlation on the part of PKA, CaM K IV, and other protein kinases. Activated CREB will dimerize, bind to DNA, and recruit histone acetyl transferases. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, FLISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 1-10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
