- Extra Details:
- CIR may modulate splice site selection during alternative splicing of pre-mRNAs. It regulates transcription and acts as corepressor for RBPSUH. It recruits RBPSUH to the Sin3-histone deacetylase complex (HDAC), and is required for RBPSUH-mediated repression of transcription. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
