- Extra Details:
- CD66a is a member of the carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) family and is expressed by hematopoietic cells. It is also expressed on apical membranes of some epithelia, on endothelium of certain organs and on cells of myeloid lineage, granulocytes and myelocytes. Interestingly, it has been reported to be downregulated in some cancers. This antibody will help detect CD66a expression in a variety of tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
