- Human CD27 is a lymphocyte specific member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor family and is found primarily on peripheral blood T cells and on a subpopulation of B cells and NK cells. The ligand for CD27 is CD70, which is a member of the TNF ligand superfamily. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
