Extra Details:
MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. CD200 R1, also known as OX2 receptor, is one of four known members of the mouse CD200 R family. CD200 receptors belong to the immunoglobulin superfamily. Mouse CD200 R1 is a type I transmembrane protein with a cytoplasmic region that contains a PTB-signaling motif. Engagement of CD200 and CD200 R1 has been shown to elicit an inhibitory signal. The extracellular domain of mouse CD200 R1 shares 43% and 72% aa sequence homology with the corresponding regions of human and rat CD200 R1, respectively. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
