Extra Details:
CD200 R1, also known as OX2 receptor, is one of four known members of the mouse CD200 R family. CD200 receptors belong to the immunoglobulin superfamily. Mouse CD200 R1 is a type I transmembrane protein with a cytoplasmic region that contains a PTB-signaling motif. Engagement of CD200 and CD200 R1 has been shown to elicit an inhibitory signal. The extracellular domain of mouse CD200 R1 shares 43% and 72% aa sequence homology with the corresponding regions of human and rat CD200 R1, respectively. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
