Extra Details:: Recognizes a polypeptide (CD1c) antigen of 43kD which is associated with the 12kD beta 2 microglobulin present on thymocytes, a subpopulation of B-lymphocytes early during ontogeny, Langerhans cells and dendritic cells. It may be useful for studies of calcium flux induced by CD1c. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
