Extra Details:: CARD (caspase recruitment domain) is a protein module that consists of 6 or 7 antiparallel alpha helices. It participates in apoptosis signaling through highly specific protein-protein homophilic interactions. CARD belongs to the membrane-associated guanylate kinase (MAGUK) family and activates nuclear factor-Kappa-B through BCL10. The family members show differences in tissue expression. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
