Extra Details:: CAMK4 belongs to the CAMK1 subfamily of Serine/Threonine Kinases. CAMK4 has been implicated in long term memory, regulation of CRE dependent transcription, and in the control of mitochondrial biogenesis in skeletal muscle. Alternative splicing of CAMK4 generates a testis-specific calspermin transcript. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
