Extra Details:: The multifunctional Ca2+/ calmodulin dependent protein kinase II also known as Calium/calmodulin Kinase (CaMK II) is a well known effector of calcium and calmodulin- mediated functions. It is present in many tissue but it is abundant in brain.CaMKII also required for synaptic plasticity such as Long Term Potentiation (LTP), a cellular model for learning and memory. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
