Extra Details:
CALCOCO2 is a subunit of nuclear domain 10 (ND10) bodies, which are nuclear domains appearing immunohistochemically as ten dots per nucleus. They are believed to be associated with the nuclear matrix on the basis of their resistance to nuclease digestion and salt extraction. ND10 proteins are removed from the nucleus by herpes simplex virus-1 infection and may have a role in viral life cycles. CALCOCO2 is part of a complex along with TAX1BP1 and MYO6. It also interacts with GEMIN4 and may play a role in ruffle formation and actin cytoskeleton organization. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. AA Sequence: SYMGLDFNSLPYQVPTSDEGGARQNPGLAYGNPYSGIQESSSPSPLSIKKCPICKADDICDHTLEQQQMQPLCFNCPICDKIFPATEKQIFEDHVFCHSL Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
