- MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. Cacna2d2 is an alpha subunit 2/delta regulatory subunit of the voltage-gated calcium channel. The human Cacna2d2 corresponds to the mouse mutant ducky phenotype, which is a model for absence epilepsy, characterized by seizures and ataxia. CACNA2D2 overexpression has been implicated in the apoptosis of NSCLC cells by changing the intracellular calcium concentration and disrupting the mitochondrial membrane. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
