Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000. Has antimicrobial activity. Synergistic effects with lysozyme and DEFB103. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Sandwich FLISA: The detection limit is ~3ng/ml as a capture antibody Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
