Extra Details:
ATP6V1G2 (ATPase, H+ transporting, lysosomal 13kDa, V1 subunit G2) is a catalytic subunit of the peripheral V1 complex of vacuolar ATPase (V-ATPase). V-ATPase is an heteromultimeric enzyme composed of a peripheral catalytic V1 complex (components A to H) attached to an integral membrane V0 proton pore complex (components: a, c, c', c'' and d). V-ATPase is responsible for acidifying a variety of intracellular compartments in eukaryotic cells. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. AA Sequence: QMEVEQYRREREHEFQSKQQAAMGSQGNLSAEVEQATRRQVQGMQSSQQRNRERVLAQLLGMVCDVRPQVHPNYRISA Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
