- Vacuolar ATPase (V-ATPase) is a heteromultimeric enzyme composed of a peripheral catalytic V1 complex (components A to H) attached to an integral membrane V0 proton pore complex (components: a, c, c', c'' and d). V-ATPase is responsible for acidifying a variety of intracellular organelles in eukaryotic cells, thus providing most of the energy required for transport processes in the vacuolar system. ATP6V0D1 is a subunit of the integral membrane V0 complex of vacuolar ATPase. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 0.5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. AA Sequence: AKLFPHCGRLYPEGLAQLARADDYEQVKNVADYYPEYKLLFEGAGSNPGDKTLEDRFFEHEVKLNKLAFLN Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
