- Vacuolar ATPase (V-ATPase) is a heteromultimeric enzyme composed of a peripheral catalytic V1 complex (components A to H) attached to an integral membrane V0 proton pore complex (components: a, c, c', c'' and d). V-ATPase is responsible for acidifying a variety of intracellular organelles in eukaryotic cells, thus providing most of the energy required for transport processes in the vacuolar system. ATP6V0D1 is a subunit of the integral membrane V0 complex of vacuolar ATPase. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 0.5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. AA Sequence: AKLFPHCGRLYPEGLAQLARADDYEQVKNVADYYPEYKLLFEGAGSNPGDKTLEDRFFEHEVKLNKLAFLN Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
