- Extra Details:
- ARL2BP is an effector of ADP-ribosylation factor-like 2(ARL2) that is essential for nuclear retention of STAT3. This protein binds to ARL2.GTP with high affinity but does not interact with ARL2.GDP, activated ARF, or RHO proteins. Though predominantly cytosolic, ARL2BP can enter the mitochondria and bind the adenine nucleotide transporter when bound to ARL2. Thus it may also be involved in mitochondria transport and apoptosis. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
