Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000. Converts arachidonic acid to 12R-hydroperoxyeicosatetraenoic acid (12R-HPETE). Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
