- Extra Details:
- CD45 glycoproteins have various molecular weights on various cell types: B-cell 240 kDa, thymocytes 180 kDa, T-cells multiple bands. Reduced in PAGE gels: 180 and 240 kDa. Relevant epitopes are termed CD45RA (exon 4), CD45RB (exon5), CD45RC (exon 6) and CD45R or CD45R0 (exons 4-6 spliced out). Bra11 reacts with CD45RB, which is expressed on mature B-lymphocytes and the majority of lymphomas and leukemias of B-cell origin. CD45RB is also expressed on cells of myeloid lineage. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 0.5-1ug/million cells in 100ul Immunofluorescence (IC): 1:100-1:200 (0.5-1ug/ml). Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Frozen and Paraffin): 1:50-1:100 (1-2ug/ml) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Controls: Ramos, U-698, or GA-10 cells, tonsil. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
