- Extra Details:
- CD11b is also known as CD11b/CD18, Mac-1, alphaMbeta2 integrin, Cr3, MO-1, C3bi Receptor). CD11b is a marcophage-granulocyte specific antigen. Mac-1 macrophage differentiation antigen is associated with type three complement receptor and mediates adhesion to CD54 (ICAM-1). CD11b antigen is present on macrophages, granulocytes, natural killer cells, blood monocytes. CD11b is expressed on 8% spleen cells, 44% bone marrow cells and <1% of thymocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Neat; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: NS1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C before and after reconstitution. DO NOT FREEZE! Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months at 4°C after receipt. Reconstitute lyophilized powder with sterile ddH2O prior to use and store remainder as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
