Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1:200, for enhancement of cortex staining preincubate fixed sections with 0.1% Triton X-100 (in PBS) for 1-5 min prior to first antibody incubation step. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1::200, protease treatment and microwave treatment recommended. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
