Extra Details:: 052888 is is an immunoglobulin molecule of the IgG2a class that has a strong affinity for an epitope (antigenic site) on the rabies glycoprotein (G) molecule of the ERA vaccine strain of rabies virus. It has proven to be effective in the identification and quantification of the rabies immunizing antigen in the production of rabies vaccine by recombinant technology. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
