Extra Details:: For characterization of different stages of infection and very useful for the analysis of the AAV2 assembly process. This recombinant antibody recognizes the same epitope as A0868-35. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, Neutralization, Dot Blot and ELISA. Not suitable for use in Immunoblotting. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence (IC): 1:20. Dot Blot: 1:500 (0.1ug/ml; non-denaturing conditions). Immunoprecipitation: 1:5. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Binding Affinity: KD value (AAV2) = <1.0E-12 M KD value (AAV3) = <1.0E-12 M Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
