Extra Details:: For characterization of different stages of infection and very useful for the analysis of the AAV assembly process. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, Dot Blot, Neutralization and ELISA. Not for use in immunoblotting. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Dot Blot: 1:500 (0.1ug/ml; non-denaturing conditions). Neutralization Assay: EC50 ~2ng/ml (AAV1) and ~1ng/ml (AAV6). Assay dependent. Immunofluorescence (IC): 1:20 Immunoprecipitation: 1:5 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Binding Affinity: KD value (AAV1) = <1.0E-12 M KD value (AAV6) = <1.0E-12 M Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
