Extra Details:
Dentin sialophosphoprotein (DSPP) is a protein of the extracellular matrix. It belongs to the small integrin-binding ligand, N-linked glycoprotein (SIBLING) family. DSPP is found in teeth and bone and is primarily involved in biomineralization processes in these structures. This function may be facilitated by the interaction of DSPP with multiple protein targets including DMP1, BMP2, Runx2, and NF-Y. DSPP plays a central role in dentinogenesis. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:250-1:1000 detected Dentin sialophosphoprotein in mouse and rat teeth tissues. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
