Extra Details:: The Variola virus A27L protein mainly functions to facilitate viral entry into host cells. The A27L protein is involved in the formation of the extracellular enveloped virus (EEV), which is an important step in the viral life cycle. The A27L protein helps in the wrapping of the virus with host cell membranes, allowing it to evade the immune system and spread to other cells. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
