Extra Details:: Mediates beneficial effects of muscular exercise. Induces browning of white adipose tissue by stimulating UCP1 expression, at least in part, via the nuclear receptor PPARA. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:500 Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:500. Requires HIER using sodium citrate buffer pH6.0 prior to staining. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
