Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence (IC): 1:100-1:200 (0.5-1ug/ml) Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin): 1:50-1:100 (1-2ug/ml). Microwave treatment in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 recommended for paraffin sections Flow Cytometry: 0.5-1ug/10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
