Extra Details:: To identify novel human head-and-neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC)-associated Ly-6 members with squamous cell-associated expression patterns, a comprehensive gene-screening was performed, followed by expression analysis. Using this approach, the Ly-6K gene was identified as a novel member of the human Ly-6 family. Results show that Ly-6K is a potential target antigen for the diagnosis and therapy of HNSCC. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
