Extra Details:: NHL Repeat Containing E3 Ubiquitin Protein Ligase 1 is encoded by the gene NHLRC1. NHLRC1 is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase which is involved in the clearance of toxic polyglucosan and protein aggregates via multiple pathways. NHLRC1 is expressed in the brain, spinal cord, heart, liver, skeletal muscle, and pancreas. Diseases associated with NHLRC1 include Myoclonic Epilepsy of Lafora and Epilepsy. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
