Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 0.25ug labels 10e6 cells in human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with human PD-1 and eGFP Western Blot: 1ug/ml using recombinant human IgG Fc region under non-reducing conditions only Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
