Extra Details:: B Lymphocyte Activator Macrophage-Expressed (BLAME), also known as SLAMF8, is an Ig superfamily protein that is part of the CD2 family of receptors. It is expressed on macrophages and dendritic cells. BLAME modulates signaling through the B-cell receptor and may also function during B-lineage commitment. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul/10e6 cells. Using human peripheral blood mononuclear cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
