Extra Details:: CD66c is a GPI-anchored glycoprotein capable of homophilic adhesion and heterophilic binding to CD66a-e, CD62E, and galectins. It is expressed on granulocytes and epithelial cells, and has potential applications in the detection of sites of infection and inflammation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 3-12ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
