- Extra Details:
- CD178 / Fas-L (Fas ligand, CD95L), a member of TNF family transmembrane glycoproteins, is responsible for induction of apoptosis in cells containing its receptor CD95 / Fas. The CD178-mediated apoptosis pathway has been implicated in peripheral tolerance, tissue pathology, and maintenance of the immune privileged sites. Defects in this interaction may be related to some cases of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). CD178 was also described as a co-stimulatory receptor for T-cell activation in mice in vivo. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
