Extra Details:: A2B5 antigens are expressed by a variety of tumors including glioblastomas. Tumors expressing A2B5 antigen exhibit higher recurrence. The A2B5 antibody can also be used to identify progenitor cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: ≤1ug/10e6 cells in 100ul Immunohistochemistry: frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
