Extra Details:: Tubulin is the major building block of microtubules. This intracellular cylindrical filamentous structure is present in almost all eukaryotic cells. Microtubules function as structural and mobile elements in mitosis, intracellular transport, flagellar movement, and the cytoskeleton. Clone F2C is a monoclonal antibody composed of human variable regions (VH and VL) (lambda chain) of immunoglobulin fused to the human lgG2 Fc domain. It is a recombinant antibody developed by antibody phage display technology using a human naive antibody gene library. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunocytochemistry: 1:1000 Western Blot: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
