Extra Details:: RANK (TRANCE-R; CD265) is the receptor for RANKL/TRANCE/OPGL. It is essential for RANKL-mediated osteoclastogenesis and is involved in the regulation of interactions between T cells and dendritic cells. Sequence: Mouse RANK (aa31-214) is fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Biological Activity: Inhibits mouse and human RANKL biological functions. Specificity: Binds to mouse and human RANKL. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
