In addition, recent evidence suggests their involvement in the development of the immune response. The Nimp-R14 mAb displays features of an optimal reagent allowing the selective depletion of mouse neutrophils in vivo. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Neutralization, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:100 Immunohistochemistry (frozen/paraffin): 1:200 Immunocytochemistry: 1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
