Extra Details:: RANKL is an osteoclast differentiation and activation factor. Augments the ability of dendritic cells to stimulate naive T-cell proliferation. Important regulator of interactions between T-cells and dendritic cells and may play a role in the regulation of the T-cell-dependent immune response. RANKL plays an important role in the progression of Breast cancer. Recombinant protein corresponding to aa157-316 of mouse RANKL fused at the N-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1, expressed in HEK293 cells. Uniprot/Accession: O35235 Biological Activity: Induces osteoclastogenesis of bone marrow-derived macrophages. Specifcity: Binds to mouse RANK. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
