Extra Details:: The UGTs are of major importance in the conjugation and subsequent elimination of potentially toxic xenobiotics and endogenous compounds. UGT2B8 demonstrates reactivity with estriol. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Indirect Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-1:50 Immunofluorescence: 1:10-1:50 Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
