Extra Details:: Trem2 may have a role in chronic inflammations and may stimulate production of constitutive rather than inflammatory chemokines and cytokines. Forms a receptor signaling complex with TYROBP and triggers activation of the immune responses in macrophages and dendritic cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Immunohistochemistry (Leica/Paraffin): 1:500 Requires HIER using EDTA pH 9.0 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
