- Coenzyme A diphosphatase that mediates the hydrolysis of a wide range of CoA esters, including choloyl-CoA and branched-chain fatty-acyl-CoA esters. At low substrate concentrations medium and long-chain fatty-acyl-CoA esters are the primary substrates (By similarity). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Indirect Flow Cytometry, ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500 Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50 Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
