- Extra Details:
- CA14 belongs a large family of zinc metalloenzymes that catalyze the versible hydration of carbon dioxide. The protein is predicted to be a type I membrane protein and shares highest sequence similarity with the other transmembrane CA isoform, CA XII; however, they have different patterns of tissue-specific expression and thus may play different physiologic roles. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Indirect Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000 Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
