Extra Details:
DUSP23, belongs to the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family. This protein is a protein phosphatase that mediates dephosphorylation of proteins phosphorylated on Tyr and Ser/Thr residues. In vitro, it can dephosphorylate p44-ERK1 (MAPK3) but not p54 SAPK-beta (MAPK10) in vitro. This protein able to enhance activation of JNK and p38(MAPK14). Recombinant corresponding to aa1-150 from human DUSP23, fused to His-tag at N-terminal expressed in E.coli. This product is recommended for use in applications that do not require a catalytically active form of the protein. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
