Extra Details:: RAB35 is a member of the Rab GTPases identified in the human genome. It is ubiquitously expressed and regulates a fast endocytotic recycling events associated with the terminal steps of cytokinesis, the formation of immunological synapse, and peptide loading onto major histocompatibility complex III molecules. RAB35 also plays a significant role in the formation of the immunological synapse (IS) between peptide-loaded antigen presenting cells (APCs) and T cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1ug/ml Immunohistochemistry: 1:500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Human brain tissue lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
