- MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000. Phosphodiesterase 4D3 (PDE4D3) is a member of the PDE cyclic nucleotides. PDE4D3 is known to be regulated by protein kinase C (PKC)-Raf-MEK-ERK and also by cAMP in vascular smooth muscle cells. PDE4D3 is a direct target of the MSH/cAMP/MITF pathway and may play a role in melanocyte differentiation. PDE4D3 is essential to have equilibrium in relaxing and contracting cues to airway smooth muscle. Down-regulation of PDE4D3 may be associated with analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. PDE4D3 has also been linked to the risk of stroke, and in particular to polygenic stroke. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Mouse brain membrane tissue lysate Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™490 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
